We have worked out an efficient vindication method which relies not only on persuasion but also on detective findings. Our methods are based on blocking a possibility of running further business by a debtor unless he settles accounts with a creditor. We determine in a complex way a debtor’s property and his income sources. In case of illegal income sources (illegal work, “shady” business) we collect evidence about such an activity. Our actions in an efficiently make debtor’s life more difficult and usually lead to the debt return because of numerous problems which are related to the taken debt. The whole vindication process is in 100% legal.
In our ranks work debt collectors with many years of experience, who have knowledge and experience within the frames of psychology, law and modern negotiation methods with debtors.
In most cases we do not collect an initial charge for accepting an order.
The vindication process should be divided into IV stages:- Pre-litigation procedure.
- in this stage we end abort 90% cases.
- Legal proceedings.
- we cooperate with the Lawyer’s Office, which takes action in this stage.
- in three weeks we have a sentence.
- Out of court amicable procedure.
- in this stage we still negotiate with a debtor what very often brings effects.
- Execution proceedings.
- we pass down the case to our Debt Collector with determined property what very fast results in the debt collection,
- we take part in all actions, from the distrainment of property to its auction.
